Nice new apartment near trou aux biches

Our stay was great we could use the cultery to have nice meals as they are clean and comes in a complete set. There's dishwasher too. They provide good beach towels and bath towels too. We stayed in their penthouse it was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

There were cockroaches on the property.WE PAID FOR 9 DAYS BUT THE Manager refused to listen to our complaints or refund.If you going on a holiday the last thing you want is to go chasing cockroaches.There is no one to receive your complaints except a guard that doesnt speak English.Closing at 2 pm still means that you need a contact to help solve these issues.My family had to drive another 1 hr to get a hotel.What a nightmare?

Expensive apartment but not value for money

The location was good, but our apartment had few issues 1. Broken wine glass 2. Cloth hanger was broken in one of the bathroom 3. Lifts didn’t work for 2 days 4. Checkout time was 10 am but one admin lady came at 8:30 am, asking us to vacate soon reason she gave that apartment owner is coming and she has to clean the place. The reason was quite weird as we were paying so much and living rightfully and not trespassing. I was there with my family. Thanks, Ashutosh

Bon séjour

Bel établissement, idéalement situé à 5 min à pied de la Plage de Troux aux biches et 10 min de la plage de Mont Choisy. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Les appartements proposent une cuisine tout équipée et deux salles de bain. L'équipe technique est rapide dans ses interventions techniques en cas de problème même si notre chasse d'eau n'a jamais été réparé durant nos 5 jours de vacances. Le ménage a été fait trois fois durant notre séjour. Le papier toilette n'a été changé qu'une seule fois. Plus de papier wc du dimanche au mardi! Dommage que l'agent d'entretien ait été si négligente. Elle a même laissé à deux reprises des produits d'entretien et son éponge dans notre salle de bain et sur notre frigidaire. Pas terrible. Pour conclure, bel établissement, bel emplacement géographique, belle cuisine équipée. Gros bémol sur l'entretien qui laisse à désirer. Expérience positive tout de même.

Stor og rumlig lejlighed

Lejligheden var mere slidt end på billederne, sofahynderne kunne ikke lukkes om sofapuderne, der var kun 2 vin glas i lejligheden. Den kæmpe terrasse havde kun 2 liggestole (6 personer i lejligheden), og man kunne godt have gjort terrassen mere hyggelig. Håndtaget på den ene dør var ødelagt at vi kom, og da vi sagde det til vagten, fortalt han bare at det ville blive lavet om mandagen, da vi om mandagen talt med regøringen, sagde de at det ville blive lavet i morgen, det blev ikke lavet i de 9 dage vi boede i lejligheden. Den blev heller ikke flydt op med toiletpapir, som vi selv måtte købe. Lejligheden har en skøn udsigt, og ligger ikke langt fra stranden. Man skal dog være opmærksom på at man på de mange ressort der ligger på stranden ikke kan købe mad og drikke når man ligger på stranden.

Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable

Super séjour en penthouse, confortable, propre et très grand avec une terrasse vue sur mer. Proche de la plage de Mont Choisy à pieds, arrêt de bus à proximité pour Grand Baie. Gardien aimable et gentillesse du responsable qui nous a laissé l'appartement jusqu'à notre départ pour l'aéroport. Petit plus, location de voiture et restaurant indien à proximité très bien. Seul bémol, route très passante et bruyante, heureusement la circulation stoppe la nuit.

No Aircon in lounge and living areas. Swimming pool water is dirty and unhygienic. No conversion plugs for two days. Communication by Expedia is atrocious

Liberty Drive Apartment Review

My family was checked in to the Ground Floor Apartment where the living & dining rooms have no air-conditioning nor fan. The ventilation in the living room is not acceptable as we can only use the bedroom air-con to cool down the living room in this extreme hot summer weather. We complained to the PIC & were told all the apartments have the same concept with no air-conditioning in the living room. We were suffered with severe water leaking issue in the 1st & 2nd night in the main bedroom & were offered to change to the 1st Floor apartment. Surprisingly, this apartment was fully equipped with air-conditioning in the living room. We paid 6 full nights for the apartment & deserve same level of quality of the services given. In addition, the towels on the floor are quite dirty with stain but can only be replaced after 4 days of stay. The most unaccommodating to the family was the toilet papers only been refilled once after we personally talked to the PIC & the cleaning lady informed they have no toilet paper supply.
