"Second time I have stayed at The Palmer. Rooms are clean and neat. Super comfortable beds! The staff are welcoming and accommodating. Parking at rear is not covered, a small draw back. The restaurant downstairs is both convenient and delivers delicious meals. The coffee served by the night barista was a huge let down. Restaurants in the surrounding streets are handy."

"Excellent hotel for a city break. Check-in was quick and efficient. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city. Room was clean and modern. WiFi worked well. Comfortable beds. Spacious clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Light switches are a bit confusing to work out, but not a big deal. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful pools, the water was warm with so much space for everyone to enjoy. The property is huge however and it’s a fair way to walk from the room to anywhere really. It would also be nicer if there were more things for the kids to do and evening activities to make it more lively."
