"Amazing. They need to communicate quicker and earlier and better. I had questions: no response for too long. They sent me a text the day of saying I needed 4wd, which I didn’t have and it woulda been too late anyway. They sent me an email, which I skimmed because I am busy, that talked about dining but was not for our site. Besides the communication issues. We LOVED our experience."

"When we couldn't stay inside Bryce Canyon Park, we looked for alternate accommodations outside the park and the town of Tropic was the best choice. It was a quick 10 miles to the park. This place fit our needs but we were in Unit #3 and there were stairs to the second floor. This is fine for us but maybe not for others. The room was cozy and clean with a small balcony. A couple of restaurant options closeby."

"Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol"

"I still give it a five Star for the experience as my first time to book this type of accommodation. Although they may make some updates to zippers of tents, and consider onsite staff for security and questions or concerns. We were confident to stay that night since we knew there was staff staying onsite that night and lots of other people staying as well. On side note if if I was just two girls and no one else onsite, we would have chosen the lather plan. Overall there was running and clean...

"We loved our stay. Our boys were hot in the loft with twin beds because the air conditioning is not the most powerful. Overall, a neat experience. But it rained so having the glass dome to see stars was a waste. The domes are very spacious. We met the owner who was very nice. Worth a night or two but not more than that in my opinion. We stayed 2 nights. Fire pit at night was also fun for our boys who made s’mores. "
