"So there was a software glitch from Enter Backpack Hotel and we where re-booked into the Enter City Hotel I would have given 5 stars for everything but, this glitch was unexpected. They emailed us to late with the change - we were already travelling. City hotel staff was great. Nice to have a washer and a drier."

"Nettes Appartement in einem hippen Neubaukomplex (alte Schiffswerft) direkt am Hafen in Tromsö. Sehr zentral und schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Schlafzimmer etwas klein mit nur 160cm breitem Doppelbett. Es gubt noch eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohn-/Essbereich -ausziehbare Schlafcouch für eine 3./4. Person. Leider war diese trotz bestätigter Buchung nicht entsprechend vorbereitet. Auch ist das Zimmer recht hell, da es keine Verdunklungsmöglighkeit gibt. Zugang erfolgt über Automatik...

"The apartment was well located, access via the app was easy and it was cosy inside. It was however, very basic inside. It had three beds but lacked sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses, no tea towels, a broom or dustpan and brush would have been helpful. Inadequate storage for toiletries in the bathroom and it was necessary to lean over the toilet to reach the sink. Toilet paper stored on the side when we arrived was wet from sink splashing. This was all easy to remedy with more hooks and...

"Absolutely amazing property. Super spacious and clean. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the location was super convenient for access to the centre of Tromso for shopping and tours but also an easy walk across the bridge to the arctic cathedral. The staff were amazing and we're always so quick to respond to messages or calls about any questions we had. I would 100% stay here again if we visit Tromsø in the future and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting."

"Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem. "

"Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too. We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed. Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival. Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing. We all loved our stay. Highly recommend it. "
