"The hotel is ok. There were aspects of the room that clearly needed renovated like holes and scuffs in the walls. Two of the windows wouldn’t open properly. The shower leaks out and soaks the bath mat. The beds kept sliding apart so I couldn’t sleep next to my spouse and the topper kept sliding off. The walls are paper thin so you can hear others and they can hear you. The staff at checkin were a little less than helpful as when we completed checkin he said the room door code had been texted but...

"Nice scenery easily accessible free parking and complete kitchen facilities. Bed for 2 people too small. Sofa cannot be converted to bed"

"Is location close to the bridge to walk to the Arctic Cathedral in about a seven- minute walk into downtown"

"No water available. No tea/coffee in room"

"Attme Have anbefales absolutt videre. Senja.

"Somewhat different concept as there is no reception. Entrance and all rooms to be entered via code on doors. Had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night and in such case you clearly miss the coordination of a reception. People were standing in the cold not knowing what to do or when to go back in. I did get messages through the expedia-app though. Other than that everything was very good. quiet location, clean room, laundry room (!) and free parking. That’s more than I can say for most...

"Aera was super nice and we got to see the Aurora Borealis. The room is very tiny but you have all you need. Make sure to bring the bare minimum you need! The glass view is awesome. Waking up to that amazing view is priceless! Can park your car right next to the cabin. The dining option is limited and the food was nothing spectacular but the breakfast got delivered just as requested inside a picnic basket. It was a special/ memorable occasion!"
