Trois Rivieres is a lovely old city with charm. The hotel is located every conveniently in downtown with walkable access to the river and sights as well as the restaurants.

Nicely located a short walk away from restaurants and the river. Free indoor parking was very useful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building is starting to show its age and could use some sprucing up, but everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Room 338 was very outdated, bath tub had used soap and long hair on walls, neon lights on top sink horrible, walls on both sides sink had streaks on them, room extremely humid making it cold during a heat wave. Beds were clean and lots of towels were the 2 positive points.

Good location

Stayed here last year as well. It is a very convenient location to the main street where all the restaurants are. The room is large and clean. The bathroom could use an upgrade there were quite the few dings on the door and the wall connecting the tub. Breakfast was "buffet" and for the price was pretty decent. Will probably stay here again

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was great. Loved the underground parking for we were traveling with plants and liquids that couldn't freeze. Because it is an older building I thought the bathroom could use a little bit of TLC and because it needs some work I thought the price was a little bit high.

Ok hotel

hotel shows its age. Old carpets everywhere, bottom of toilet door show significant water damage, toilet paper holder is all rusty. Bed was very comfortable and staff was nice, although scarce. Took a long time for check-in and check-out because a single person was working the front desk (On a weekend)

The hotel is really really old and not renovated, I think the bathroom is from 1970 no joke so not super inviting. I couldn't close the hot faucet, I had to use a towel... It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the walls are paper-thin, we could here the conversation at 1AM from the room next door. It wasn't even a party - just the talking ! Location was great for the Festivoix but honestly for the price it is outrageous.
