"This hotel was great for price and location to Redwoods/PNW adventures. Very clean, friendly staff, restaurant was nice. I was hoping the spa would offer just a plain massage but only offered aqua massages. We don't gamble but thought the hotel was great."

"Clean and very spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. And the included breakfast it’s very nice with different options every day. Parking lot it’s safe and they also have a pool with a hot tub which it’s OK "

"We arrived after check in time and it still took an additional 2 hours to get our room. When we started to unpack our bags we found a half eaten pizza in one of the drawers. The front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned about it and said they would let housekeeping know. When we asked for additional toiletries, the housekeeping staff was very rude. Very disappointing experience. "

"It is quite place and near airport and near ocean. Shops and foods few miles away."

"Our room had a smoke smell as soon as we opened the door... Probably dirty carpet smell. Then, the toilet has a hair on it. So, I cleaned that. No Air conditioning at all. You have to open a window and bring your own fan. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold spots. Did I mention, NO AIR CONDITIONING? The lobby has character with paintings of famous people that stayed here in the 60s, 70s, 80s... Continental breakfast of muffins was 630 -9 am. We opted for McDonald's. I would not stay here again. "

"Little food options nearby. Everything was closed (including the gas station). Mold in wall above the shower. Notified the staff about it. They acted like they did us a favor by cleaning it. No laundry facilities onsite."

"The room was excellent- nicely decorated and maintained. Our only complaint is that the beds were much too high."
