"Zum 1x Übernachten super und preiswert! Betten waren bequem und Dusche angenehm. Parking war for free. Nur unverschämt war eine 0.5L Flasche Wasser für 4.60 CHF! Wir hätten 1L für fast 10 CHF kaufen müssen! Sind dann zur Tankstelle ums Eck und haben für 2L 3 CHF gezahlt. Ansonsten war alles super! "

"Great location, very comfy room, lovely shower, bed, space, kitchenette. Considering how expensive out and about in Basel is, the studio was a heaven of luxury to rest and enjoy. A deciding factor in choosing the hotel was the inclusive Basel card. Worth it. The staff are friendly and the lobby is inviting to seat and read for a bit. As a solo traveller everything felt welcoming "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Volkhaus! Two Americans traveling to Switzerland, and we were very pleased with our room, the customer service, and location. Our room was large with plenty of space, but simple and easy. The beds were comfortable as well! We were close to everything we were looking for as well. Highly recommend!"
