"This is not a hotel. It's a bunch of rooms in the 3rd floor above an abandoned mall (if you have a lot of luggage it's hard to get it there) Worse of all - it's above a nightclub and is impossible to sleep till 5am till the nightclub stops the music."

"Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! The whole week we were there, the only sounds we heard were doors opening! The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no night staff, contact information is in every room.
