I have stayed in youth hostels in the past - many are great. This one wasn't. The room looked like a prison cell, the mattresses were dirty looking. The bed sheet and pillow case may have been washed and was folded up on the pillow. The location is fine. We decided not to stay there, and were very fortunate to get another room in a hotel nearby. The girl on duty was generally not suited to a customer service oriented profession. She refused to return any of the money we had paid for the room. She checked with her manager who also refused to return any of the money, although they had a couple who was waiting to see if any of the rooms opened up.
