"Just outside Washington and fairly near a metro stop lies the Comfort Inn. Staff were funny and super helpful, especially when trying to sort out an air-con problem. Hotel was clean quiet, even though some work is going on right now. I just stayed one day, but everything was in it's place and just what was required. I will still say I prefer non-disposable breakfast items (IE buy a dishwasher) but so many American hotels are like this. There's too much going to landfill guys!"

"I expected more options from the continental breakfast. 2 of the 3 down elevators was a huge turnoff!!!!!!! The size of the bathroom was a bit claustrophobic! Room temperature and cleanliness was great. Wish there was a TV guide. Only 1 microwave for the entire 12 floor hotel was very disappointing!!!!!"

"The breakfast was the worse from any embassy suites I ever stayed and the chefs were rude. I felt like I was having breakfast at a Hampton Inn. Yuk!"

"We liked the two bedroom suite option; However, I had reserved a mobility accessible two bedroom because my mother cannot get in and out of a full tub, but we were not given the mobility accessible suite and were too tired to work out something else. What made it worse for my mother was the elevator being out of order. We were told that the 2 bedroom suites were only on the 4th floor, so my mother had to climb the stairs to the floor. "The staff was friendly and helpful but the room had a foul smell and something that looked like a fan was running when I got to the room. Seemed like they knew about the scent and left the fan to try taking it away. Also, the bed was a little shaky when you moved. I only needed to be there for a few hours so I didnt complain to the receptionist."
