"Ok listen. This hotel was an experience. I'm not gonna sugar coat it. This Hotel is going through a rough time. The pool was under renovation some rooms smelled like sweat, and smoke, but the room I stayed in wasn't horrible. The A/C kept the room cold, and the beds were comfortable. Let's face the music though this sweet little hotel has fallen on hard times. It doesn't have the traffic to help it get where it needs to be, or enough help to maintain a pristine condition, however, the heart is there. I was looking for a ridiculously cheap hotel just to stay a couple nights and this one worked perfectly. I didn't need a lot of amenities, or a huge crowd of people to be there when i was, and this hotel delivered. The staff were all friendly and willing to help with any and all problems. So if you're looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights that is in the perfect spot to travel to anywhere in Johnson City, this is the perfect hotel. 😀"

"Clean room, friendly staff. The lack of soft interiors do make noise from other guest audible from your room. A little annoying at bedtime. Strobe light on smoke detector above the bed was flashing, a little annoying as well."

"Very pleasant stay. Fast friendly check in and the lady who checks me in always kind,super nice and she always remembers my requests. My room is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this Red Roof Inn of Johnson City!"

"This stay made my trip! The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is amazing with it's unique details of antique furniture and art throughout. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and beautiful... although the beds could be a slight more comfortable...I suppose they might be to some who prefer a very firm bed. The towels have a bit too much bleach making them abrasive but our side of that the dining is phenomenal - I highly recommend the deconstructed wellington... amazing! The staff despite a technical issue finding our reservation was polite and kind....as were all other staff and the handful of guests we encountered. I would recommend to anyone visiting! Exceptional!"
