"I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."

We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It was so quiet you’d swear we were alone in the hotel. They have a pillow menu! You can request the perfect pillow from the desk. What a marvellous idea. I read a lot of online reviews about the area. We’re from Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different from the Main Street station. There are so many people here because of the train station so we felt safe. We were just passing through Naples. If you are looking for a longer stay check out the connecting city buses because this would be a nice hotel for a longer stay."
