Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

Location was great. Breakfast included was one of the best . The only con is the hair dryer. It was very strange, almost like a vacuum cleaner nozzle. They really could do with an update. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

great place to stay in milan, location was good, close to everything, except for the few homeless sleeping very near the hotel entrance, it was safe. apparently, the staff doesn’t help with luggage, surprisingly for the 4 star hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise. i would still recommend it highly,
