"The room was great, very clean and spacious, nicely furnished. We booked for 4 adults but the room that was booked for us was for 3 adults and 1 child. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning)."
