Individual heating units did not maintain a steady temperature. Likely was built in the early 1980s. The toilet and shower was claustrophobic. The sink was in the main room by the bathroom. "

"Arrived to being told they were overbooked and did not have the 2 rooms we reserved available then offered basically no solutions. After much conversation, were offered 1 room, never offered to "walk" us to another hotel nor provide a believable reason for why we were able to reserve if the rooms weren't actually avaliable and never notified of the issue until arrival. Manager seemed to not care whatsoever about the inconvenience. We are pretty sure they gave away our rooms to other guests and...
