"If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would. I will breakdown my stay. I saved for a long time for this vacation. I was from the average personal wealth of their clientele. With that said, at no point in time did their staff treat me less than other clients. They were kind, respectful, and went out of their way to serve us. In many other places, this would not have been the case. The rooms were immaculate. So clean and well appointed. I truly loved the layout of the rooms. We had everything we needed. They did a lovely job of integrating technology into the room without feeling overwhelming. At times, hotels become so tech forward that they lose that old world charm. Not the case for the Adlon. The amenities were incredible. We tried to book same day massages and the spa staff did everything they could to get us booked. They take care of their hotel clientele! The gym, although small, had everything I needed. The meals were excellent. I personally can not rave enough about their restaurants. The location was obviously central and easy to get to all the sites we wanted to get to. The few things that went wrong, we had a slight misunderstanding in regards to booking our car service from airport to hotel. I didn’t get my newspaper delivered on the third day. The newspaper, was a very minor inconvenience. The car service, I still don’t fully understand what happened, but regardless, it may have worked out for the best. Grateful for the wonderful stay for my 50th birthday!"

"Well located although our nearest subway stop was closed all 8 days of our stay. Room was spacious enough for our 3 person adult family and the breakfasts were excellent."
