"Required valet parking for this property feels like a complete rip-off. There’s just a very short walk from the parking lot to the main entrance. Bathrooms are starting to show age. Decent night stay but also wouldn’t go back."

"I have never stayed in a B&B before and wasn't sure I would like it. It was such a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious both days, and the location is right in the middle of everything. The stand out, was the warm friendly staff. They made us feel right at home and helped with our travel ideas. I would highly recommend."

"Really nice place to stay. Quick walk to history museum, etc and a short ride into the historical center. Beautifully kept property with spacious bedroom. Breakfast the usual mediocre fare but one could find healthy items such as hard boiled egg, apples and oranges. Plain Cheerios would be nicer than tasteless sugary cereals."

"The home was very quiet. Close enough to town activities for walking access and far enough for peace. Breakfast and owner were excellent. Bed was very comfortable."

"The view and proximity to the Bridge of Lions was fantastic! The room was clean, and we were able to enjoy our take out dinner, on the upper deck, with a view. Breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were very helpful. Being able to leave the car and walk everywhere was great!"

"Clean, wonderfully situated at the end of the Bridge of Lions. Easy to walk across into St. Augustine proper. They recommended a shuttle service to the Amphitheater and it was excellent! Nice breakfast included as well. Would most definitely stay again!"

"Great property in the heart of downtown. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to everything downtown. There are several bars that play music in the area that you could hear but not that bad."

"Vending machines were all out of order. There is a fee for parking in the hotel parking lot. Breakfast equipment like waffle maker not available. There is pancakes on weekdays. Weekend biscuits and gravy were not to my liking. With some understanding that ownership changes and subsequent renovations were ongoing, some forgiveness is allowed."

"The property is close to all of the attractions. We walked to them. Parking at the Welcome Center across the street is not as expensive compared to the hotel valet parking."

"First day breakfast was terrible with hardly any food left as they had run out. Hot tub was not hot but luke warm. Also property was higher priced than Expedia said but after showing them confirmation they came down to price but charged us 45.00 for parking which was never disclosed and parking was full so they left us park by the front door. Employees nice but wouldnt book there again."
