"I stayed for one week and used the gym which was adequately furnished with the usual equipment however, the weight lifting apparatus (a marcy style 4 sided machine) needed maintenance - the weight stack did not move well. In my room I found that the inside of the shower could use a deep clean - signs of mold were evident. The bathroom fans are ridiculously loud and should be separately switched from lights so that you can brush teeth or put on make up with out having to have the very noisy fan come on. The staff is friendly and attentive and the best part of the visit."

"Jordan and Jodi are amazing, they both have a tremendous amount of knowledge about Boise that was so helpful in our travels. We will definitely recommend the Sparrow because of those two individuals. I will say parking was a bit challenging, other than that the Area was perfect for walking around . I would definitely recommend staying."

"All around great choice. I loved that they had snacks and beverages available free of charge. Grabbing a water bottle on the way to hike or see the city was a wonderful gesture. "

"The room and bathroom were dirty. The paper thin blanket was useless. Very loud at night, making sleeping difficult. This room is very old and outdated. I will not be booking anymore stays at this hotel."

My only con was that the elevator was on the other side of the building so we either had to take all our luggage up stairs and then down some, or hike across the hotel's first floor take the elevator, and then hike back across the 2nd floor. But that only affected check in and check out. The rest of the time the stairs were fine. "
