"5 star service and accommodations. Amazing grounds. Wonderful SPA!!! The thermal massage is a must do. It was very hard to get in. Book in advance when you make your reservation. The bikes were horrible, but I think they are waiting for new ones. The concierge was the best we have ever encountered. "Absolutely stunning views and incredibly helpful staff! The team at the desk helped me to book a last minute tour from the day. It was so sweet they would address my by name. The rooms were spacious and clean, not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was great and there were lots of delicious options for dinner. Great place to enjoy the Duoro valley and recharge. Will be back!"
