My family and I loved this stay! The staff I spoke to over the phone and over the counter were lovely! Although the service I received through Expedia was not good. I had special requests that were not met although my family and I made it work. Also there was NO information before booking that the rate is started for 2 persons, any people after that were charged as an extra person which felt very misleading to me. Otherwise, great property and great staff at reception.

Our first time and despite only needing a cabin for the night passing through it was fantastic. We will be back any chance we have to be in the area. The cabin was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Kids had a ball but I loved the 8am stay quiet rule - I was nervous it would be noisy but the complete opposite, with great rules that are respected it was much quieter than many motels and hotels we have stayed at in the past.

Very nice, but obviously on xmas day nothing open, any park stuff, i understand that, but pay 1 person good money to be available as you do have alot of famililies with kids happy for a service, and im sure theyd tip!

I've stayed at this property a few times with no problems It's a excellent set up for the kids though the pool is too cold and was dirty this time. I won't stay again. The cabin was very dirty, and the sheets didn't look like they've been cleaned nothing worked in the cabin. Overall the place looked like a dumb.
