"Very clean hotel with large rooms. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The swimming pool is not that big but it is still good. There are plenty of towels outside the entrance to the mixed changing rooms. There are two small changing rooms inside this area and lockers. The lockers require a £1 coin deposit for the key lock. The hotel is situated right next to the tramline for access to the city centre / airport, the transcripts 200m from hotel entrance."

"Really enjoyed our stay ! Water and Prosecco in the lobby on arrival was a lovely touch, bag storage and fast check in! The hotel is nice and quiet could barely hear anyone or outside noise. Location is fantastic too !"

"Beautiful views, excellent food and really lovely staff. After checking in, I ordered food from the restaurant staff. The gentleman who took my order (his name may have been Nigel, his hair was in a ponytail), was so pleasant and his smile was genuine, something that in turn made me smile, not easy after a 30 hour working day. The room was also lovely with views towards Edinburgh and I hadn’t booked anything fancy. In the morning, the buffet breakfast was great with lots of fresh food being brought out by some more lovely staff. I’ve never left a review before so I hope it means something to someone reading this. If I have to stay in Edinburgh again, I’ll be hoping I can get a room here."

"Newly opened restaurant is lovely, beautiful view and nice breakfast. Location of hotel is very central and convenient for walking everywhere. Rooms are smaller and quite basic and could use some attention to a few maintenance type details, but overall a decent spot and an excellent location "
