"Beautiful property. Helpful with any small language barriers. The staff was happy to provide suggestions for food or activities. The onsite restaurant was very good. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioning was disabled, as far as I can tell, but the weather was fine, so no worries. The only questionables were the shower being quite small, but it was directly next to an ample bathtub, so it was a worthy trade off. The only other improvement would be extended hours of the hot tub. 9pm...

"The hotel's spa was a great place to relax after a day's walking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. The hotel was situated within easy walking of other restaurants and the start of hiking paths We would stay again if visiting Flims-Wildhaus."
