"We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. "This hotel was comfortable and was conveniently located near all of the places we wanted to see. It had a nice big functional bath tub and a comfortable (by western standards) bed. "I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent.
