She was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. "The front desk staff were lovely. Compared to the last two hotels I stayed at, the receptionists greeted us with smiles. The hotel itself is old and the rooms are basic. I could not get the television to work but the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had a lot of chrome which was discoloured but it was spacious and clean enough. The room had a window which let in a nice breeze so we didn’t always even need the air conditioner. The value for money was very good!"
