Hotel berdekatan Tradition Golf Club at Oak Lane

"Was booked for three nights at this hotel. Got there and they had given my room away. Said that they had run my card before I even got there and that it declined, which it actually didn’t, my credit card company froze my card because I thought it was fraudulent, so they canceled my reservation. No phone call or anything. Upon arrival to the hotel Expedia said that my room was still booked. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Called to speak to management the next day and they said...

"Did not eat at establishment. Elevator area (lobby) has a stale odor. Room appeared to be clean however the Comforter appeared dirty. Sheets were questionable. Bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. I went out and bought supplies and cleaned the room. Stayed there due to daily radiation therapy at Yale. Staff was friendly, no noise so I overlooked the issues. "

"Beautiful hotel. Smells brand new. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The restaurant and bar were top notch. Delicious food (the pasta was so fresh) and one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. Our room was super spacious and well stocked with anything we could have wanted. The gym was also beautiful and had so many available workout options. If we are ever back in New Haven we would definitely choose The Blake. "

"It's a nice place to stay the only issue is parents who DON'T Watch their children, the run through the place with wet clothes from the pool and make it dangerous on the wet surfaces. Don't stay on the pool floor unles you have kids"
