"Not sure why I thought a smoking room would be okay to book but it was awful. The room had a strong cigarette smell and when others on the floor would smoke, it would waft into the room. The private onsen was nice although it was pretty much just like a full tub as there was no flow into the tub. The beds were comfortable but the comforter smelt like cigarettes. Overall if you are a non-smoker do not book."

"Only great things to say about this hotel . Rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean with good WiFi connection . The morning breakfast has very good spread and the view ( especially if the breakfast is set in the 14th floor ) is excellent with view of the Himeji castle. Here too there is free coffee until 22:00 hrs at the reception area . The staff are very friendly and polite. This hotel has many elevators and hence there is no wait time at all .
