"I have been staying here many years and the good outweighs the bad for sure.lets start with the good the grounds never ever fail to impress whoever this is doing the work deserve a hug pat on the back and a raise.Monica & Noelle & all the office staff have always tried to make our stay the best like it's or first time they understand how to be professional but at the same time laugh and interact with us they treat us more like family then guests.The views are all incredible its our beautiful state showing off in amazing ways that not many places can come close.The wildlife fish,birds,squirrels,rabbits, seals & dolphins are always present to keep you entertained.Over the years the other guests that are on what truly feels like an island have been nothing but pleasant and sociable and one of the things we look foward to. Now lets get the bad or reason for thinking twice before booking no A/C which eliminates some guests that have to have it .The upkeep of the rooms they are always clean but just expect something little not to be working a switch, outlet, microwave, barbecue grills, the overall maintaining of each room is sub par. A bit of advice take a screwdriver and pliers along with your fishing stuff and you will be just fine. One of my biggest issues for me, each room has a patio with a plastic table and four chairs, well those chairs needed to be replaced ten years ago as they cannot be cleaned. Overall its a real GEM if all was perfect it would not be the same."
