"This is an adorable inn located a very short walking distance from downtown Kingston. The rooms are beautifully maintained and still have a lot historical charm to them. The room comes with parking but there are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Everything is well labeled and maintained. We had a lovely time and hope the come back soon."

"Liked we had a room away from the main building which was quiet and had a private porch. Charming decor with antiques. We really enjoyed the breakfast room and meeting the other guests in the morning and exchanging information on local sites and restaurants. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day. We loved sitting on the porch for breakfast and evening drinks. Getting AC to run consistently was a challenge."

"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "
