Hotel Dekat Town of Granby Preserve

"The room was clean. There were several surprises: There is no restaurant. It’s a very expensive Starbucks. $5.50 for a coffee & 6.50 for a cold muffin was not not satisfactory. When my wife and I travel we like to enjoy a coffee before having breakfast. The room came with 1(one) coffee pod. Also, I was charged $10 to park my car. These things have to be disclosed . For the price paid, not worth it."

"4.5 STAR!"

"We have stayed here before and the location is ideal with easy access to the highway and to the airport. The staff is always very good and accommodating. The lobby area is very clean and well kept. There is construction going on, on a few floors and not clean or well kept on those floors. We were on one of the floors where constriction was going on so very noisy during the day. Both elevators are being used by the construction crews not clean. Once this construction is complete I’m sure...

"Rooms are not cleaned daily. If you want clean towels you have to go to the desk or request them by 11;45 am. Breakfast items were very cold. No bread for toast only cold bagels and cold pastries. Had a much better breakfast and service at a Holiday Inn."

"Everything was clean and nothing was out of the ordinary."

"We really liked this hotel! Would definitely return."

"I will not stay here again"

"Avon Old Farms is in old property that has been very well maintained. It is charming, has comfortable seating throughout with small libraries for reading. It is light and airy. The breakfast that is provided as part of the room is adequate. The biggest negative is the staff, primarily the staff at the front desk. They are courteous but they do not extend themselves or demonstrate any warmth or enthusiasm that you are there. When you walk up, they say 'yes?' No "welcome to Avon Old Farms" or " I...

"If you’re in the area, please do not book your stay in this place. I had a very bad experience. They put us in a room where the heater is not working. I called the front desk and she said that they don’t have a maintenance personnel at night. So they moved us to another room which is on the other side of the building. The place is so dirty, you’ll find trash in the hallways. Also, there is no elevator in this hotel. During the check in the lady says free breakfast from 7am till 9am. Come in the...
