Motel di Town of Denning

"Management needs to be more generous with the quantity of "Continental Breakfast" items, which sold out around 8:45 and were not replenished. Many guests were left hungry, and this should be corrected."

"Josh was super helpful at Check-in. Very accommodating and super polite. The property was heavily used by semi-permanent guests and needed a bit of cleaning. I was there to close out a storage unit, so the accommodation was very adequate with close proximity to good eateries and downtown Kingston. My room was quiet and had everything I needed. All good."

"The exterior of the hotel was filthy. No coffee anywhere on site. The room was very basic but clean enough. Slept well. Would not ever stay again."

"There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby."

"We had a nice stay at the Black Bear. Great location and Kim was very accommodating."

"Booked for two nights, left after one. The room was fine- clean, no funky smells, clean bathroom newer mattresses and HVAC. As a solo female traveler, I just didn’t feel great about the location, lack of on-site staff, and door locks. A no-frills, roadside motel was not for me, but could be fine for you."

"The facility wasn’t even open it’s up for sale had to scramble for alternative housing I think your company needs to dig deeper into these issues prior to person’s arrival"
