The property needs updating - smells like cigarettes, carpets stained, damaged wallpaper and bathroom fixtures. the staff is pleasant and the room was clean , bed comfort was okay. we've stayed here before , due to price and convenience, but i feel this could be a wonderful place if they fixed it up a bit. "
