Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

The hotel was two blocks off what I imagine is the main street in Budapest. There were lots of shops and restaurants.
We loved everything, but if I have to choose the greatest thing, I would say the staff cannot be beaten. Anything we requested, any question we had, was not too much trouble. Each and every member of staff earned high praise.

"Very disrespectful employee at the front desk charged me 3 times more then what was booked. Bus Istvan representative at the front desk was very disrespectful and charged me extra for things not mentioned. It was a very bad experience I do not recommend it."
