"The room was incredibly loud all night. The hot tub was luke warm at best. The carpets throughout the room were disgusting. The couch was visibly dirty and it was the most uncomfortable couch to sit on, thankfully there were chairs that appeared cleaner and were quite comfortable.
Location is really this hotels selling feature.. otherwise, I'd pass."

"Overall we had a nice stay. We had two nights with a nice room. My only complaints are that despite turning off the heating, the room was really hot (21C) and we didn’t want to keep the back door open since we were on the ground floor. We also were hoping to make use of the sauna but apparently it takes 3 hours to turn on and the staff said they wouldn’t do it until the afternoon since they were dealing with breakfast and room cleaning. When we returned and asked if the sauna was ready...
