"The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. "We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa.
