"Property is close to Mesa Verde so that’s a positive. There is a 9’ deep pool which was fun for the kids. Downside was lots of smoking going on of both cigarettes and other stuff. The rooms were clean but smelled. The breakfast was basically cereal or waffles, not much selection there."
