"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Couronne. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean very comfortable for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of great options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Long queue to check in. We had the duplex room for 3 adults and a teenager. The room is not at all suitable for tall people, we all bumped our heads multiple times a day. Decor is very dark and not to my taste. Outdoor area is lovely. Happy hour 5-7. We didn't enjoy the steak in the restaurant, small portions and very chewy. Convenient bus to the centre. Overall ok but I wouldn't stay again."

Leaving the patio doors open at night is not a safe or secure option as not only do they not have screens, they are accessible easily by other guests on the property. This might be ok for a normal hotel but when the hotel is in the middle of a mountain, only accessible by a 2.5 hour hike (or a tiny train that is on strike - it’s France after all) then it is simply unacceptable to let your guests arrive at the door tired, hungry & thirsty to see a sign that says ‘sorry we’re closed, we tried to contact you’. "Very cool hotel! The lobby was done up in a retro-industrial-steampunk style and I loved it. This place is like a resort and even has trampolines for the kids. Awesome view of Mt. Blanc."
