Biggest problem is it’s too hard to communicate with them, you didn’t get any answers to your requests, your messages returned back. We had some difficulties in entering the building, new systems without keys can be challenging. Secondly the street is so noisy with cars, buses especially motorcycles, otherwise Thessaloniki is worth to see, we love it."

The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. "The hotel was suitable for our needs. It is definitely dated but it is clean and was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. We got a triple which was kind of cramped, but the breakfast was good. We also got room service one night and the pizza was better than I expected from a hotel restaurant."

"Overall, the stay was okay. The furnishings, such as the sofa and bed, are somewhat outdated and dirty with stains. The location is exceptionally good; you can get everywhere in the city center on foot and don't need public transportation. However, due to its central location, the apartment is very noisy, making sleep possible only with earplugs. Unfortunately, you can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms in the apartment itself."
