A little out the way of good restaurants but as had self contained kitchen means you could buy and cook yourself..no kettle but could heat water up in mircowave

À ÉVITER EN ÉTÉ

Séjour 3 nuits sous forte canicule obligé de prendre plusieurs fois la douche car il n’y a pas de climatisation et en plus le ventilateur est poussiéreux comme l’état de la chambre. Si vous demandez une serviette, on vous la refusera parce qu’il faut réaliser un séjour d’une semaine minimum. La literie est inconfortable les coussins sont épais même pour la vaisselle, on m’a donné une éponge usée alors qu’elle devait déjà être fournie. Pour le petit déjeuner, le grille pain est cassé , on sert du NECTAR au lieu de jus et il y a des pots déjà entamé à défaut d’utiliser des produits sous bliesters. Comme c’est un hôtel social, la clientèle n’est pas respectée car nous sommes de passages !

notre séjour

Contents de la chambre mais poubelle non vidée de la cuisine (archi remplie) carte de la chambre qui doit fonctionner pour allumer l’électricité avait un problème car l’électricité s’arrêtait toutes les 3 minutes et on a dû nous la changer ( la personne de la réception était charmante) la nouvelle carte ne fonctionnait pas pour la grille du parking. Ce système de carte pose un problème car si l’un des deux quitte la chambre avec la carte ( obligatoire pour prendre l’ascenseur) l’autre est dans le noir dans la chambre et en particulier dans la salle de bains. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très propres. Personnel charmant Parfait de pouvoir se garer dans un parking fermé.

Pas de climatisation par temps de canicule, une chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre. C'est absurde de proposer des chambres sans climatisation en plein été par 38 degré, surtout à ce prix là. La moindre des choses serait d'informer les gens de ce problème avant achat. À éviter l'été absolument.

Hôtel très propre fonctionnel et sans charme. Grande chambre studio avec salle d'eau et kitchenette Situé à seulement 10 mn à pied du très grand centre commercial Auchan de Balmain et de la station de métro du même nom. Accueil sympathique et garage fermé sous l'hôtel pour seulement 3 euros. Très bon rapport qualité prix

L'hébergement idéal pour découvrir Toulouse

Personnel très accueillant. Etablissement propre, calme, très bien situé à environ 7 mn à pied d'un centre commercial et du métro pour partir à la découverte de Toulouse. Accès très facile à partir de la rocade. Parking sécurisé et peu onéreux.
