The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down. I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families.

Une très agréable surprise au retour d'Espagne.

Magnifique pause dans cet apart'hotel très bien adapté pour les familles avec enfants . On a pris la villa avec 3 chambres, l'hébergement était tres propre a notre arrivée, avec toutes les commodités. Lits très confortables, et nuit très calme. Mention spéciale pour la clarté des informations pour récupérer notre enveloppe ( arrivée tardive) et à la petite touche de bienvenue. Merci à vous 👍 Je recommande cet établissement pour une étape bien réussie dans la région

Sale et cher

La dame de la réception a été très gentille et de bon conseil. La piscine est agréable même si peu adaptée aux enfants. Le point noir a été la propreté et l'état général du logement : sol de la 3e chambre très sale (grosses poussières+ eau?), le lit aussi était sale (poils et cheveux sur la couette), Idem pr les WC (traces d'excréments sur la cuvette), les plinthes posées au sol entre chambre et couloir se décollent, etc. Nous avons également été choqués de devoir payer le parking 5€ en plus du prix de l'appartement, alors qu'il n'existe que pour les clients et que le principe d'un hôtel et de pouvoir accueillir les voitures des clients...

Excelente atención por parte del personal, que, además de ser amables, me hablaron en español claro y comprensible. El apartamento muy limpio, cómodo, bien equipado. Nos ha encantado. Es la tercera o cuarta vez que nos hemos hospedado en Appart'City y siempre es una experiencia grata. Ah! y son pet friendlys! Pude llevar con nosotros a mi perrita sin problemas!

Établissement viellissant

Odeur de produits d'entretien très forte a l'arrivée qui a persisté pendant plusieurs jours, climatisation qui ne fonctionne plus, carreau cassé sur le rebord de la douche, bruyant la nuit, bref, un établissement qui mérite un meilleur entretien et un meilleur suivi. J'ai quand même apprécié l'espace que l'on avait pour un 2 chambres pour 4 personnes, la cuisine et son grand réfrigérateur. Le réceptionniste était très sympa, c'est le seul personnel d'ailleurs que j'ai rencontré durant mes 4 jours de séjour. J'avais le sentiment que l'établissement était livré à lui même hors heure de présence du personnel d'où beaucoup de voisins bruyant la nuit a 2 ou 3 du matin.

Un accueil chaleureux, le personnel reste discret tout le long du sejour, tout en repondant rapidement si besoin. Maison spacieuse et confortable ! Et à 15 minutes de la cité de L'espace, la halle de la machine,et 25 minutes du zoo. Residence idealement placée pour decouvrir Toulouse et ses alentours. Merci à toute l'équipe, notre séjour était idéal !

Toulouse

The 3 bed property was well laid out but the kitchen could've been better equipped, unfortunately was either one of their older or less used units and although the bed, sinks, toilets etc were clean the walls had not seen paint or a good wipe down in years and there were cobwebs and dust in all the corners. The walls had evidence of many dead insects squashed across them as they had not been wiped down often enough. The apartment smelt strongly of smoke despite it being banned inside, when brought to their attention the staff were very helpful nonetheless and provided a fumigator which helped a little. A 2 bedroom unit was offered and although this looked cleaner and newer it didnt meet our needs so we stayed with the 3 bed. In all honesty the 3 bed unit just needs the scheduled overhaul and modernisation that Apart'City have planned. The pool is lovely on a warm day and I would recommend a car as it is a 30-45 minute ride to central Toulouse with 3 changes and the last bus back is at 2100.

Appartement propre et calme. Une rénovation serait tout de même nécessaire. Domage de voir une latte de seuil qui se balade et une table extérieur inutilisable car assise complètement détruite. Appréciable, le bon débit Internet et place de parking.

Nous avons eu un appartement avec trois chambres, confortable, climatisation, d'un bon standing. Seul bémol pour cause de COVID la piscine, la restauration et la salle de fitness étaient fermées. Nous reviendrons après la crise sanitaire et je pense que la note sera améliorer. Je recommande pour famille et ou juste de passage, court ou moyen séjours
