"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. The staircase inside is very tight and carrying suitcases up is quite difficult. Once inside, the room is clean...

"Nice hotel, lovely breakfast. Staff was nice except for the omelet station girl/ boy who had an attitude because I asked for a firm omelet instead of a runny one. I had to make him/her put it back on the fire. My husbands omelet was just runny. Also they could do better with the welcome drink. 5 people in 2 rooms and all you give is 4 coupons (2 per room) and the welcome drink is only a can of coke and sprite. For such a big hotel you all can do better. We only spent one night before we left for Japan. Location not like Ximinding but not bad to walk and get what you want. Zhangxiao runs parallel and quite busy good for pedestrian but civic boulevard is CRAZY with bottleneck traffic at rush hours, so much noise at THAT TIME."

"The hotel staff were helpful and responded to most requests quickly. The rooms were clean and the massage chair in the Executive Suite was a god-send! It relieved our tired legs and back from all the walking. The beds were comfortable. The hot and cold water dispenser just outside the rooms were so useful and convenient. There are coffee machines in both the twin and Executive Suite. The hotel is 7 mins from Nanjin Sanmin station and there are many food options around hotel. Breakfast is a bento set which is nice. Can forget about doing laundry though as the washing machines on the roof top did not look maintained."

"The staff were super helpful. We had a king deluxe room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was ok, but I think a corner room would have a better view. We did use the laundry on site. They were coin machines and laundry soap was provided. We had a breakfast included which involved ordering from a menu the day before. The options included a variety of local choices or McDonald's. It was simple, but enough to get your day started. There was free coffee and light snacks in the lounge area. The room also had a kettle and small fridge. I'm 6 foot and when standing in the shower/bath tub my head touches the ceiling. The shower curtain was a plastic type and was showing wear. The hotel is on the 14th floor. There is an underground entrance directly infront of the main entrance that leads to the subway."
