I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. "It's a comfortable place to relax. Wi-Fi is a bit weak at the beginning, but the owner beefed it up to become very strong. Although a small table set up is not ideal to use, but it can be easily moved to wherever you want it to be. I became fully enjoyable staying there later on."
