We travelled in December and the hotel was empty with one or two other guests during our stay. The weather was cold in Marrakech. Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Abdoud for his responsiveness and organisation, and to Houssaine and his lovely wife Yussra for their warmth and care throughout our stay.
