A neighbour contacted the owner who told us, that the riad was sold half a year ago. The new owner didn’t know anything about our reservation and furthermore that he didn’t cooperate with Hotels.com. "The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view.
