"Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better"

The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen. My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window. There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. Parking's included. There's also Karaoke but it cost a bit. We only had time to...

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."

"Nice, average hotel by the standards of our trip to Japan (as in the room was small by American standards but average by Japanese standards). Close to the train station, restaurants, etc. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful in holding on to our baggage since we arrived early. Pretty expansive Japanese breakfast in the morning."
