"Fabulous resort with excellent amenities and helpful staff. Spectacular views, but the beach was average. The restaurant options were very high cost for the region, and we felt like we were being taken advantage of. The Casa Del Cafe had some really nice food and coffee at a more reasonable price."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The food was excellent, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the amenities were fantastic. Everything about the property made for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Montezuma or Santa Teresa area. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I strongly recommend stopping by for a meal—the food alone is worth the visit. Overall, a wonderful place that we would gladly return to!"

"I traveled with my wife and two kids. The property is just in front of the beach and you are surrounded by jungle. The rooms are excellent, the staff is amazing and the food was delicious. It is very private and you can walk through amazing trails to nearby beaches. There is parking on site. Do consider driving a 4x4 so you can get all the way to the hotel as there is a short drive on sand before reaching the property. If not, no worries, you can leave your car in the hotel Sano Banano, and they will arrange a shuttle for you. I will definitely go back."

"This mavbe my most enjoyable stay ever in a hotel. I have never been in a hotel where absolutely everybody was so polite, friendly and engaed in creating a memorable experience for the guests. The owner of the hotel personally took me on an excursion which was so exciting and so thoughtful. All the team knew my name and tretaed me like a member of rheir famiy. The hotel was well maintained, located on (and my room overlooked) a great beach and the food was perfect! I will stay here again"

"Personal atento, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, el desayuno incluido espectacular… lo malo, se escucha el ruido de la calle y además la gente del hotel y huéspedes se sentaban a hablar frente a nuestra habitación desde las 6am lo que nos obligaba a despertarnos bien temprano… tal vez si instalan letreros de Haga silencio, respete el descanso de los huéspedes… sería maravilloso! , lo otro fue que un día regresamos a la habitación y la habitación estaba con la puerta abierta, seguro el personal de limpieza olvidó cerrar la puerta, afortunadamente nada se nos perdió."

"The staff were hands down amazing. I am so appreciative of all of them to the cleaning crew to office staff. We decided not to rent a car, although I’d 100% recommend that you do. The hotel arranged all our transportation to and from the airport. Had the same local driver, Walter, who was great! We are not bilingual so Denis was a lifesaver and great to talk to. The views and surrounding area are breathtaking. I would like to note to other travelers, this is a eco boutique so there will be bugs. You’re staying in the tropical forest. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be returning this hotel in the near future! Hoping for next summer!"
