"The Hotel was simply amazing. This is a very genuine review. My friend and I stepped into the hotel and realised how lucky we were to find this place. "Centrally located in St Peter Port, with friendly staff and good cleanliness. There were numerous steps to access our room with no lift access (room 30, but the same number of steps for other rooms in this area of the hotel). There was a very large step down from the bedroom to the bathroom. We would be happy to return to The Duke of Normandie should we visit Guernsey again."

"Beautiful building and grounds, good location and plenty of on site parking. Received a professional friendly welcome with a speedy check in and kindly escorted to my room. It was very hot weather and the air con was very handy. Comfy room good amenities. Evening meals and breakfast excellent with a good selection, well presented and good service. Highly recommend Le Pommier and will book again. Thank you. "

"Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better."

"My husband and I had a great 4days here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was lovely if a little warm in the area. The outdoor pool was very handy as two of the days were really warm. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as we have family in the area."
