Hotel 4 stelle sulla carta ma in realtà pessimo. Sporco, vecchio. Ho prenotato una camera comfort: entrati in camera un forte odore di fumo. Hanno cambiato camera e ci hanno dato una camera minuscola. Asciugamani sporchissimi

Booked this because it was a Spa Hotel ! They fail to make it clear there is a charge for guests to use the Spa £29 euros for 2 hrs ,and that dogs are welcome ! Was kept awake by crying children and dogs barking ,not a relaxing break at all ! It should all be made clear on websites they use !
