"Das Zimmmer war sehr sauber bis auf das Bad, dort hatten wir Flecken, Schimmel am Rand entlang der Dusche inkl Rost, die Dichtung der Duschtür war schief und hing also naja es war doch sehr eklig und eigentlich ist das für ein 5Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel), aber ich habe es nicht gemeldet da dies die Aufgabe des Putzpersonals ist und dies ihnen auffalen müsste und es melden müssten! "From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. "We had a great experience, friendly staff, great food, breakfast on the beach was over the top,we stayed in one of the suites overlooking the stage which was awesome if you didn't want to stand in the crowd in the heat but it also offers unlimited access without waiting in line to the floor area. The entire hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful. "The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. "The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem.
