"I liked all of it, breakfast was best along with the staff. was the best stay at a motel that I ever had. stayed at others that were good with breakfast, but they don't compare with Best Western."

The hotel is located in a safe area, which made us feel comfortable during our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"I stayed at this property June 16–19, 2026. Unfortunately, the stay began with problems. My first room’s bathroom had a strong urine odor that suggested it had not been properly cleaned. I reported it, but no other room was available until the next day. Because there is no elevator, I requested a first-floor room but instead had to move from the second floor to the third. On checkout day, I called to ask about extending my stay and, when that wasn’t available, requested a late checkout because...

"Very friendly staff. We have stayed here a few times and the rooms were very clean. This time, our floor was missing tiles, hair and stains in the bathroom, and my daughter had a few bites on her. We checked the sheets but couldn't find any bed bugs."

"I did like the fact that the bed was comfortable sheets were clean. I did not like the fact that the room was dated it needed renovating paint was chipping off the walls. Parts of the window were broken. It looks like the building is in the middle of remodeling that should’ve been reflected in the price."

"Bathroom was filthy, two lights did not work, saw two bugs, though it said non-smoking the room stunk of it maybe from people smoking outside the AC unit. Mattress was horrible. It was booked for us by a family member for four nights, we never spent the night there and asked for a refund which we did receive."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a day trip festival, and we had a great experience! The hotel was affordable, clean, and very spacious. It’s located in a calm, quiet area, and there are plenty of great food spots nearby in Gardena, making everything very convenient. I also loved that check in started at 1:00 p.m. The parking was spacious, and the check in process was quick, easy, and hassle free. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"
