"Easy to get to Hotel"

"Check-in was a breeze and the clerk was very friendly/helpful. Overall, the hotel was pretty clean. There were some broken floor tiles in the elevator, but everything else seemed in decent repair. Our room was cool when we entered and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. It was pretty quiet, but the door to our room would slam shut if we weren't careful and we would occasionally hear other doors slam. My only annoyance would be that the ice machine was located on every floor, but ours. We had the laundry room and on a couple of occasions, we could smell pot by the entry (it may have originated across the street at the restaurants). We never noticed it beyond the entry and the hotel is non-smoking. "

"Great customer service. Max, Jasmine, J.T., and Gabby took good care of me and my family. All were professional, courteous, expedient (quick check in), and pleasant. Great breakfast for the family--kitchen area was clean and well stocked. Gabby will take care of any and all needs. Room was CLEAN, quiet & spacious. Thanks for taking good care of me and my family! We will be back for a stay in a couple months. "
